Brady Training Academy

The Brady List is proud to announce a series of targeted online training courses designed for law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and judges. These programs aim to reinforce the legal, ethical, and procedural obligations arising from Brady v. Maryland (1963), Giglio v. United States (1972), and subsequent jurisprudence that governs disclosure, due process, and the integrity of the criminal justice system. We also offer credible resources for Public Defenders, Private Defense Counsel, and even Pro Se defendants.
